Returns & Exchanges
We are happy to accept returns on most of our items. Please contact us by email BEFORE returning any items to us. We will be happy to provide a return code and all the information that you need.
Just let us know within 14 days of your intent to return. You then have a further 14 days to return the items to us. This gives you 28 days to return your unwanted items for refund.
Is there anything that I can't return?
We regret that we are unable to accept returns on personalised/printed items unless we have made a mistake with your order. We do offer free card samples so that you can check the card colour, texture and quality prior to placing a personalised order. We would always recommend making use of this service.
We are also unable to accept the return of any part-used items. Ribbon reels etc need to be unused and any multi-pack needs to be complete before we can refund.
We are also unable to accept returns on food items, such as confectionery. This is for saftey and hygiene reasons. Sorry, even food items that are sealed cannot be returned.
What happens if my product arrives damaged? 😕
We do everything that we can to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition for you. If for any reason it is less than perfect, please just let us know within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.
If the damage is for something small, we may ask you to send us a photo of the damage. If it is a larger order that is affected, we may need to physically see it. Either way, we will endeavour to get any affected items replaced or refunded as soon as possible for you, depending on your preference.
Are returns free?
We will do everything we can to make your return as easy as possible.
If something arrives damaged, or we have made a mistake with your order, then we will of course arrange the return for you and by us doing so your return will be free. You certainly should not need to pay return costs in a situation such as this.
Unfortunately, if you simply change your mind or decide that it wasn’t quite what you wanted after all, the return would be at your own expense. We are a family-run business and the only way to offer free returns, would be to charge more at the time of sale. We keep our prices as low as possible for you, but this unfortunately means that we are unable to offer free returns if you change your mind. If you are unsure about any of our items, please just get in touch prior to purchase and we will be happy to answer any queries that you may have.
How and when will I be refunded? 😎
As soon as your item has been received back and checked, we will process your refund on the same day. If you paid via PayPal, this will usually appear back in your PayPal account on the same day. If you paid via a credit/debit card, it may take a few days for the funds to appear back against the card, depending on the card issuer.
